Outline a values statement to discuss company principles and define expected behavior. Explain steps you will take to gain buy-in from all levels within the organization. What will the ethical communication strategy look like? Will there be training available to organization members. If so, what will the training program look like? Will it be recommended or required? Explain your answers and how you reached your decisions. How will you measure and track the success of your ethics program? What type of assessments will be put in place to ensure it is effective?
