He wants to communicate the risk of Huntington’s to his teenage children. Another patient has discovered that she has inherited a BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation and wants to speak to her sisters and nieces about their risk for breast or ovarian cancer. Give an example and answer question clearly. Give a brief description of Hunting’s disease and BRCA1 or BRCA2.
