As I would like to think women in general be more agreeable and they have a style in driving and will encourage workers to locate their own heading. Men generally have more order and control and thy will supplier bearings for their representatives. They can work well and stay motivated, if others recognize their work and appreciate it.
Female managers
Female by nature are caring and empathetic. It makes them good at reading others well by observing their facial expressions and body language. This will also help them win people and build strong relations. They have multi-tasking ability and the willingness to perform more works. They display more of transitional leadership style which means they are more into motivate their subordinates to get them work instead of showing them cleat directions, they like to encourage them to find their own way to solve the problem.
But if we have to consider the disadvantages, they may display interest in gossiping or backbiting and be jealous at others and like to suppress the other people for their growth.
We need to understand that, when it comes to emotional imbalance or personal behavioral choices, they are all a pure choice of an individual and cannot be altered on the basis of gender (Patel, 2013).
