PRACTICE EXPERIENCES A passing requirement for this course is to complete the Request for Practice Experiences form in Module One. Only the first 4 weeks of this 8-week course are available until the Request for Practice Experiences has been approved. During Module one, complete the Request for Practice Experiences form and identify your chosen location and mentor. The Practicum Coordinator will review, approve, and place a 100 in the grade area to represent compliance. This course contains 30 hours of practice experience that are competed with a mentor on a specific change project. Approximately 20 of those hours will be completed in in the Virtual Teaching Hospital or through other research activities specific to your topic. The remaining 10 hours will be spent working with your mentor by email, phone, face-to-face, or Skype. During Module 8, submit the Practice Experience Record with a total of 30 hours identified on the document. The Practicum Coordinator verifies that 30 hours have been completed and places a 100 in the grade area. All practice experience items will be scored within 96 hours of the due date. The Request and Record are not weighted, but the scores represent compliance and are required for completion of the course. I’LL PUT THE DATES IN. I’LL UPLOAD SOME OF THE PROJECTS THAT WE WORKED ON.
