NURS 6531: Primary Care of Adults Across the Lifespan I will provide an example of this assignment. I will use you many times throughout the next 11 weeks and will provide as much information as possible for each Journal assignment as well as examples. This class is focused on adult care. This course is in a clinical setting and I am required to see 160 adult patients in 10 weeks. I will be working with a physician (Dr. Pillow). will upload the MSN Power point that contains information about our Practicum experience and what is required. It may help with these upcoming orders I will be placing. Assignment: Practicum Experience – Journal Entry As a future advanced practice nurse, it is important that you are able to connect your classroom experience to your Practicum Experience. By applying the concepts that you study in the classroom to clinical settings, you enhance your professional competency. Each week, you will reflect on your Practicum Experiences and relate them to the material presented in the classroom.
